As most know me I love to craft and try my hand out on anything new. Even if I make something once and move on at least I can say I gave it a try. Well my son Tony's birthday was coming up, and I realized that I had not given cake decorating a try. So here was my opportunity, a birthday was just around the corner. I wanted something fun and unique, so with a little help from the internet I did some searching for cakes and decorating. And the end results of my efforts I made this cake for Tony's Birthday.......................................... 
a Hamburger Cake......
This was so much fun to make can't wait now for my grandson Keihin's birthday this week. I'm going to come up with a cake for him. Might just give it a try for every birthday......going to have alot on my plate for September with 4 birthdays.
Needless to say this cake served for both dinner and dessert this evening.

You make me sick! Okay, not really, but I am jealous of your talented hands. I cannnot craft to save my life and a first time project would never look as good as that cake you made. Very impressive!
Wow, I am so impressed. You make me want to try cake decorating, even though it never looked fun to me. I might just try that fun cake for Nate's b-day. Where did you find the recipe. Please do share. You're amazing....we must be related.
