Last weekend we took yet another outing on our 4-wheelers. Our two sons Tony and Chris have been trying to get us out to a place called the Devils Racetrack for quite sometime so we gave in and went. If you have never been to Utah you are missing some beautiful country, and this ride had some of the prettiest scenery. Overlooks, arches, rock formations, the country is spectacular.
This is country you can't see from the highway and you have to get off the beaten path to find it. And when you do it is well worth the ride.
Devils Racetrack is only an hour or so from our home, and I had no idea it was right out there in our back yard. These pictures don't do the country justice, but wanted to share a few of them anyway.
We started out on our ride between 1 or 2 Saturday afternoon. Covered about 65 miles, and a lot of rocky terrain, I mean a lot of rocks, and didn't return to the truck until after midnight. It was a long ride, and needless to say I was tired and a little sore the next morning, but it was well worth the trip.

Ah, I miss Utah. Now how come you didn't tell the whole story and how late you got home that night?
