I know I've been away from my blog way to long and as I stated earlier my sister has reminded me daily of this. It has been a hectic few months. My son Chris was in an automobile accident the first of October, and was in ICU for a couple of weeks. Which kept us busy running back and forth to the hospital to be by his side as much as possible. But with the many prayers and God's grace he has made a wonderful recovery and doing fine.
I have also been kept busy with my job. I managing a elderly apartment complex. And for the last several months have been involved as the company I work for is building a new elderly apartment complex across town. Since about February I have been able to watch as they broke ground and the see the building being built. I am so excited because along with the complex I now manage I will also be managing this one. I have been involved with finally inspections, helping pick out office furnishings, even as far as deciding just how many outlets the office needs. Has been so much fun. Here's a photo of the new apartment building. As you can see the parking lot is empty so am looking for a tenant or two, or three, or four and so on and so on...... We should be opened for occupancy with in a week to ten days. This is going to put in more hours in my day and keep me going and busy, but am loving every minute of it!
